A Beach Holiday in a Glass the Exotico® Way

Everyone knows the classic margarita. Sure, it pairs well with unlimited chips and salsa at your favorite restaurant, but, when you want an evening recapping summer’s festivities with your BFFs, it’s time to freshen up your routine. Introducing the fragrant, citrus Lavender Lemon Margarita from Muy Bueno! Try this unique margarita to recapture summer’s gleam as the days get shorter and colder.

Impress and break out of the mundane by combining homemade lavender simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, a splash of mineral water, and, of course, 100% Blue Agave Exotico®  Blanco Tequila. The Lavender Lemon Margarita is about as close as you’ll come to reliving those sun-soaked memories.

Reminiscent of limonada con agua mineral (or mineral water lemonade), this version of the margarita is lightly refreshing but appeals to an additional sense with the lavender. It’s a perfect juxtaposition of scent and taste with the mixed lavender, lemon, and tequila.

And in addition to the lightly spicy taste of Exotico® Tequila, you also get the pink Himalayan salt – minimally processed and hand-extracted with beneficial minerals that give it color. Rimming your glasses with pink Himalayan salt provides a cosmopolitan touch and a hint of the faraway.

But one caveat–and you knew there’d be one with something so tempting–when making the lavender simple syrup, be sure to use culinary lavender. If you have any left over after making your Lavender Lemon Margarita, you can keep it refrigerated to use as a fragrant sweetener for iced tea or lemonade.

Now for a new, refreshing twist on an old standby…
