Vegetarian Tacos With Nectarine Tequila Swizzle By Drinking With Chickens

When we first heard that our partner, Drinking with Chickens, was combining lentils and nectarines for her Exotico + tacos post, we were intrigued. This unique pairing did not disappoint.

A vegetarian combination of walnuts, lentils, soy sauce and spices gives you all the taco flavor you need, and the nectarine slaw adds a just-right level of tangy sweetness.

And since you’re making nectarine simple syrup anyway, make a Spiced Nectarine Tequila Swizzle to sip alongside these tacos.
