Don your sweaters and break out the rosemary. It’s time for our Fall-forward Rosemary Gimlet, made with an herbaceous homemade syrup and Vita Frute® Grapefruit.
1 oz. Exotico® Blanco Tequila
½ oz. Lime Juice
½ oz. Rosemary Syrup
4 oz. Vita Frute® Grapefruit
Combine tequila, lime juice and rosemary syrup in pint glass with ice. Top with Vita Frute® Grapefruit.
Rosemary Syrup Directions:
Boil one cup water. Turn off stove. Add 1 cup water, stir until dissolved. Add 4-6 sprigs of rosemary. Let steep for 15-20 min. Strain, chill and bottle.
