What’s the buzz about? Well, it’s about this floral-forward cocktail, shaken with lavender sprigs and poured over a honey ice cube.
Ingredients
2 oz. Exotico® Reposado
½ oz. Ginger Puree
½ oz. Lemon Juice
Honey Ice Cube
3 Sprigs of Fresh Lavender
Directions
Build drink in a shaker tin with ice. Add two of three lavender sprigs. Shake and double strain into a chilled martini glass. Add honey ice cube. Garnish with third lavender sprig.
HONEY ICE CUBE DIRECTIONS
Mix equal parts honey and water. Stir until dissolved. Pour honey syrup into 1×1 silicone ice cube tray to freeze.
