Bee Sting
Our sweet and spicy Bee Sting tequila cocktail features our 100% Blue Agave Exotico® Reposado, honey, lemon, and jalapeño for the just the right amount of bite.
Ingredients
1 Jalapeño Slice, about ½ Inch Thick
1½ oz. Exotico® Reposado Tequila
¾ oz. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Honey Syrup
Garnish with Jalapeño Slice or Lemon Twist
Honey Syrup:
1 oz. Honey
½ oz. Hot Water
Directions
Stir honey and hot water together to make honey syrup. Muddle jalapeño in the shaker gently. Add Exotico® Reposado Tequila, lemon juice and honey syrup. Fill shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish. Serve straight up.
