4-Pepper Infused Bloody Maria
Built with bloody Mary mix and a made-from-scratch
pepper infusion, the 4-Pepper Infused Bloody Maria will put
some pep in your step.
4-Pepper Infusion Ingredients:
Exotico® Blanco Tequila
1 Green Bell Pepper or 1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper or 1 Orange Bell Pepper
1 Jalapeño Pepper
1 Poblano Pepper
1 Banana Pepper (Sub 1 Habanero for Spicier Version)
2 oz. 4-Pepper Infused Exotico® Blanco
4 oz. Bloody Mary Mix
Salt Rim, Optional
Lime and Olive Skewer, for Garnish
To make the 4-Pepper Infusion:
Slice tops off all bell peppers and cut into rings. Slice jalapeño,
poblano and banana pepper down the middle (stem to tip) and
de-seed (leave habanero whole). In a 1-liter mason jar, begin
stacking bell pepper rings, alternating colors. Place jalapeño,
banana (or habanero) and ½ poblano into jar. Fill with Blanco.
Let sit out of direct sunlight for 2-4 days, shaking occasionally.
Filter through a fine metal sieve into clean container.
To make the cocktail:
Build drink in (salted) pint glass with ice. Garnish with
olive and lime.
